Default R/A Daggers of the Tiger =p

Profession: R/A
Name: Daggers of the Tiger
Type: Alliance battle (that's where I used it, could be used in RA)
Category: Dagger spike
Attributes
Expertise: 12 + 3 + 1
Dagger Mastery: 12
Rest in beast mastery/wildereness (you own preference)

Skills

Disrupting Stab (Dagger)
Fox Fangs (Dagger)
Death Blossom (Dagger)
Mobeius Strike (Dagger) {Elite}
Repeating Stab (Dagger)
Tiger's Fury (Beast)
Whirling Defence (Expertise)
Troll Unguent (Wilderness)

Summary: The goal of this build should be pretty obvious. Strike hard, strike fast and kill. With expertise your energy should not be of any concern to you and you can go nuts with the skills. If you are feeling particularly evil sub troll unguent for Nine Tail strike for double dual strike mayhem (But you should really be close to killing them after Mobeius strike goes off).

IT's really simple to use. get to your enemy, interrupt their skill (I like this for MMs.......) hit tiger's fury and smack the bejesus out of them. Once Mobeius Strike goes off, if Death Blossom is ready again, layeth the smackdown, otherwise, Lay into them with repeating stab till you can use DB or till a team mate comes along (2 energy cost I think ^_^).

IF you are facing a ranger shrine OR a MM with alot of bone fiends. Hit whirling Defence and get into your target's face. WD will cause CRAZY damage to your enemy (Especially a MM) and will frustrate them to no end.

Great fun =)
Notes & Concerns: You need to be EXTREMELY quick getting off your combo to have a chance of getting them below half for Mobeius Strike, if in doubt, use repeating stab after Fox Fangs till you are sure DB will set up MS for another DB.

As with most melees, Mesmers with Empathy are a serious problem, due to Tiger's Fury speeding your attack up, you can kill yourself before you know it. SS is not bad just for you, but anyone around you.

Nice build. I'm enjoying the (probably) last days of my R/N and plan on playing with a R/A set after the nerf. This is tempting me to turn from the dark side sooner.

Whirling Defense is an expertise-linked skill.

Well spotted =o

Just thought I'd note, you can out-do the healing of the touch rangers with this build if you are quick enough and use MS at the right time.
